Policy & Data Analyst

📢 We’re hiring: Policy & Data Analyst (EU Environment)

At Fujitsu, we are supporting a leading European Union Institution and are looking for a Policy & Data Analyst to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for professionals with a background in Political Science, Public Policy, or similar, who are comfortable using data to support decision-making.

🔍 What you’ll be doing

• Support policy development and evaluation through data insights

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives

• Contribute to evidence-based decision-making in an EU context

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI)

• Collaborate with stakeholders across policy and business teams

✅ What we’re looking for

• Background in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, or similar

• Experience with policy frameworks, governance, or regulatory environments

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data

• Comfortable with Excel; knowledge of BI tools is a plus

• Excellent communication skills (ability to simplify complexity)

🌍 Experience in EU institutions or international environments is highly valued.
