Business Analyst

Turnit is looking for a Business Analyst who has moved beyond the beginner stage and is ready to grow with a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and hands-on problem-solving.

Turnit is a traveltech company developing passenger transport ticketing software for train and bus industry companies all around the world. Our solution is used by industry leaders around the world- in the USA, Sweden, Lithuania, etc.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, improve processes, and ensure that our solution truly supports how people travel.

Your main day to day activities include:

• Validating, analyzing and specifying business requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Translating business needs into clear, structured and actionable specifications for the development team
• Mapping and documenting business processes and system interactions
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and business context, including occasional travel to client locations
• Supporting development and QA teams during testing by clarifying business logic and expected outcomes
• Validating delivered functionalities to ensure alignment with business and user needs
• Performing usability reviews and identifying opportunities for improving user experience across the platform
• Maintaining and improving product documentation
• Contributing to the development of business analysis practices, tools and frameworks

• Previous experience as a business analyst 
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and structuring skills
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements
• Good technical understanding (e.g. APIs, system integrations, data flows)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Willingness to communicate with international clients and travel when needed
• Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and teams
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
