Senior GenAI Engineer (Europe – Poland | Hungary | Estonia | Czech Republic)

Location & Work Model

  • Open to candidates based in: Poland, Hungary, Estonia, Czech Republic

Hybrid / Remote model depending on location:

  • Poland-based candidates: ~60% remote / 40% client site
  • Other EU locations: Remote with ~10% travel across Europe
  • Must be open to short-notice client travel

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to design, build, and scale Generative AI solutions across client engagements and internal platforms.

This role combines:

  • Hands-on LLM engineering
  • Prompt & pipeline development (RAG, agents)
  • MLOps & deployment
  • Business-facing solution design

You will work closely with consulting, product, and business teams to translate real-world problems into scalable, high-impact GenAI solutions.


Key Responsibilities

GenAI Engineering & Development

  • Design, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and multimodal models
  • Build RAG pipelines, agents, and prompt engineering frameworks
  • Work with open-source and commercial LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral)
  • Implement guardrails, safety mechanisms, and hallucination mitigation

Business & Use Case Development

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact GenAI use cases
  • Translate business problems into solution architectures and measurable outcomes (ROI)
  • Develop POCs, prototypes, and solution blueprints

Data, MLOps & Deployment

  • Build and manage data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and inference
  • Deploy scalable solutions using AWS / Azure / GCP
  • Implement CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, and performance optimization
  • Track latency, cost, and model drift in production

Responsible AI & Governance

  • Ensure ethical, compliant, and secure AI deployment
  • Address GDPR, data privacy, and IP considerations
  • Implement auditability, explainability, and governance frameworks


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
  • 5–9 years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science, with 2+ years in Generative AI

Strong hands-on experience with:

  • LLMs, transformers, embeddings, vector databases
  • Prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, agents
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face
  • Experience with fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT, instruction tuning)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring


Domain Requirement (Mandatory)

Must have experience in Life Sciences, including:

  • Pharmaceuticals
  • MedTech
  • Healthcare providers (Hospitals / Clinics)
  • Health Insurance
  • Consumer Health
