We are looking for a hands-on People Specialist to own and drive key people operations across the employee lifecycle - with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding and workplace experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hiring, employee experience, and day-to-day people operations, while building the foundations for future people and development initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure a strong employee experience from day one
• Act as a key point of contact for employees, supporting day-to-day HR matters and fostering a positive, supportive environment
• Drive and coordinate workplace management (office operations, vendors, events, and employee well-being initiatives)
• Partner with managers to support hiring needs, team health, and smooth people operations
• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment (from role briefing and sourcing to offer and closing), ensuring a smooth and high-quality candidate experience
• Support the full employee cycle when needed (maintaining HR documentation, managing contract changes and basic compliance processes)
• Contribute to employee experience and engagement initiatives, with the opportunity to support future learning and development efforts
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Solid experience in HR / People Operations, with exposure to different areas
• Experience managing or supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes end-to-end
• Exposure to workplace or office management, including events or employee well-being initiatives
• Previous experience in a fast-paced or scaling environment
• Ability to balance operational work with improving and building processes
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, people-focused mindset
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership, with interest in growing into broader people development areas over time
