🎮 Shape the Player Experience
- Treat every game as a holistic product—not a collection of parts.
- Create visuals that clearly communicate mechanics and game flow.
- Design intuitive UI and feature flows that make players feel guided, not overwhelmed.
- Make gameplay emotionally engaging, rewarding, and instantly readable.
- Collaborate in concepting themes, mechanics, features, and overall game flow.
- Propose visual and animation concepts that enhance clarity and emotional impact.
- Bring fresh creative ideas that keep our products competitive and modern.
- Create high‑quality symbols, backgrounds, UI, FX, and other game assets.
- Work confidently across multiple styles—from stylised to more realistic.
- Ensure visual consistency and technical readiness for integration.
- Optimise assets for performance.
- Research slot game trends and thematic benchmarks.
- Analyse competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop visual directions that help our games stand out.
- Understand how your visuals translate into store assets and promotional materials.
- Help strengthen the game's market presence through intentional art choices.
- Work side‑by‑side with designers, developers, animators, QA, and marketing.
- Potentially guide other artists within the project.
- Share best practices and help elevate the studio’s overall visual quality.
- Research and suggest improvements to workflows, communication, and creative pipelines.
- Drive implementation of tools or practices that boost quality and efficiency.
✅ What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in game art, ideally in slot or casual/mobile games.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, player behaviour, and how art supports gameplay.
- Expert‑level Photoshop skills.
- Ability to work across multiple visual styles.
- Experience preparing assets for integration into development pipelines.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Systemic thinking—seeing the full product, not just the visuals.
- Experience with modern AI art tools, including generating images consistent with game style.
- A blend of creative ambition and production discipline.
