We are a UK-licensed Electronic Money Institution (EMI), building modern financial
infrastructure across accounts, payments, cards, FX, and analytics.
The Role
We are building a partner-led growth engine as a core pillar of our revenue strategy and are
looking for a Referral Program Manager to design, launch, and scale this channel from the
ground up.
This is not a coordination role - it is a build-and-own function.
You will be responsible for turning partnerships into a predictable and scalable acquisition
channel, working with consultants, agents, and strategic partners across multiple markets.
In a high-growth fintech environment, this role requires someone who is comfortable operating
with ambiguity, building structure from scratch, and directly impacting revenue outcomes.
From defining the program economics and recruiting partners to optimising performance and
scaling the channel, you will own the full lifecycle of the referral ecosystem.
The successful candidate is both commercially driven and operationally strong - someone who
can build relationships, design incentive models, and create systems that scale.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Build
• Design and launch a scalable referral and partner program from the ground up
• Define commission structures, incentives, and partner economics
• Develop onboarding frameworks and partner lifecycle management processes
Partner Acquisition & Growth
• Identify, recruit, and activate high-quality partners (consultants, agencies, fintechs)
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities
• Develop long-term, high-value partner relationships
Performance & Operations
• Implement tracking, attribution, and partner payout systems• Monitor partner performance and optimise conversion and revenue contribution
• Work closely with sales and marketing to align acquisition efforts
Market Presence & Positioning
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events
• Position the business as a partner-friendly fintech
• Support co-marketing and joint go-to-market initiatives
Qualifications
• 3-5+ years in partnerships, business development, or affiliate/referral programs
• Proven experience building or scaling partner channels
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue impact
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to build processes and systems from scratch
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Fluent English is mandatory; Russian language skills are considered a significant
advantage.
