DC Security Operations Manager - Finland

Responsibilities
About the Role
The Infrastructure team plays a critical role in supporting TikTok’s rapid expansion by designing, building, and operating hyper-scale data centers and cloud solutions. As a Data Center Security Operations Lead, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our physical and operational infrastructure, ensuring resilience, scalability, and security across our environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site security operations across data centers and network Points of Presence (PoPs), including incident response and vulnerability remediation
- Act as Incident Commander during security events and serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all security-related issues
- Serve as a subject matter expert on security controls, policies, and operational processes
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance electronic surveillance and access control systems
- Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing requirements for security operations
- Collaborate with program managers to deliver security initiatives, optimize operational performance, and meet financial targets
- Drive continuous improvement in security strategy, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data center security operations
- 3+ years of experience in risk management and vulnerability assessment within data center environments
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively across teams
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to perform effectively and within tight deadlines or budget constraints
- Experience with security systems such as Genetec, Lenel, or Avigilon
- Knowledge of Security Operations Center (SOC) development and management
- Familiarity with access control and surveillance systems (e.g., AMAG, Software House, Hirsch, S2, ACS, VMS, IDS, CCTV)
- Relevant certifications in security systems or operations are advantageous
