Who we are looking for

We are looking for a MarTech Product Manager to drive the product strategy for Audience AI, our flagship solution for customer behavior analysis and predictive marketing. You will lead the product’s evolution, ensuring it stays ahead of the curve by combining deep knowledge of the MarTech and AdTech ecosystems with customer insights and market trends.

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven individual who can align business objectives with technical development, ensuring that the product meets the evolving needs of our B2B SaaS clients in the digital marketing space.


What you will do

  • Product vision and roadmap: Collaborate with the company’s management team to define the long-term vision and roadmap for Audience AI. You will ensure the product aligns with market demands and customer needs, with a focus on scalability in B2B SaaS.
  • Customer and market insights: Engage closely with customers, partners, and the sales team to gather feedback and market intelligence, translating these insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Lead and collaborate with the tech team, data science team, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements. You will bridge the gap between customer demands and technical capabilities.
  • Business requirements definition: Based on customer feedback, market research, and internal goals, you will define clear, actionable business requirements and communicate them effectively to development teams.
  • Collaboration with sales and growth: Work closely with the sales and growth teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and go-to-market initiatives. Support the development of product materials, demos, and case studies to facilitate sales.
  • Stakeholder communication: Provide regular updates to the company’s leadership and stakeholders on product progress, market positioning, and upcoming releases.


Who you are

  • Proven experience: 5+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in a scale-up B2B SaaS environment, with experience in MarTech, AdTech, or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
  • Excellent written communicator: You are skilled in writing and capable of communicating concepts clearly and precisely in written form. As we work remotely, you can distill and share information asynchronously, ensuring clarity and alignment across the team.
  • Strong MarTech expertise: Deep understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, including web analytics, performance advertising, CRM systems, and the adtech environment. You are familiar with customer data management and predictive marketing tools.
  • Technical and business acumen: Ability to balance technical requirements with business needs, and to translate complex customer demands into clear product features.
  • Leadership: You are a natural leader who can guide cross-functional teams and inspire collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric: You have a passion for understanding customer needs and pain points, and you leverage these insights to shape the product vision.
  • Proactive problem-solver: You thrive on challenges and can find creative solutions even in the face of uncertainty.
  • Excellent communicator: Fluent in English, you are able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical teams and executives.
  • Willingness to travel: While you can work remotely, you are open to occasional travel to attend key meetings and industry events.
