About The Role

We are seeking a Backend Engineer to join our talented engineering team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs that support our AI-driven platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about backend development, problem-solving, and writing clean, reliable code.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs ensuring high performance and responsiveness
Collaborate with frontend developers and other teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Implement security and data protection measures
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Stay up to date with emerging backend technologies and industry trends

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of experience in backend development
Proficiency with programming languages such as Typescript (Node.js), Python, or Golang
Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB)
Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is desirable
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
