Full Stack Software Engineer (f/m/d)

Location: Munich, Germany (on-site or hybrid)

Their technology combines advanced edge devices with large-scale AI models to enable detection, classification, and localization of real-world events across a range of applications, from industrial systems to security-critical environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build intuitive web applications and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights
• Develop backend services and APIs for device provisioning, fleet management, over-the-air updates, and secure data access
• Collaborate with external UI/UX and engineering partners to deliver production-ready solutions
• Implement secure user authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms
• Architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure, including storage, APIs, and observability
• Build internal tools for testing, debugging, and quality assurance workflows
• Work cross-functionally with hardware and AI teams to enable seamless device-to-cloud integration
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliability across production systems

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in full stack or backend development
• Strong skills in a backend language(e.g. Node.js, Python, Go) and one modern frontend framework (e.g. React, Vue)
• Experience building secure APIs and implementing authentication/authorization systems
• Familiarity AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern architectures
• Solid understanding of secure software development practices
• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment pipelines
• Strong English communication skills
• EU work authorization

Nice to Have:

• Experience with IoT or distributed systems
• Background in multi-tenant or security-sensitive environments
• Experience working with external partners or agencies
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and scalable cloud systems
• Previous startup experience or interest in building systems from the ground up
