HR Administrator | Hybrid
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Manage all HR administrative tasks, including creating contracts, amendments, and references.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all HR processes.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems.
• Serve as the point of contact for payroll and support payroll processing.
• Contribute to the optimization and development of HR structures and processes.
• Participate in HR-related projects.
What You'll Need
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a business degree with an HR focus.
• Relevant professional experience with proven HR expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong reliability, loyalty, flexibility, and discretion.
• Structured and analytical approach with excellent communication skills.
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1) in speaking and writing.
