🌟 About the Role

We’re working with an established tech-driven organisation undergoing a major agile transformation. They’re looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to guide multiple cross-functional teams and help shape a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach teams, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading multiple cross-functional, internationally distributed teams in a modern software development environment
• Embedding agile values, principles, and best practices across teams
• Facilitating key ceremonies, workshops, and planning sessions
• Proactively removing impediments and supporting smooth delivery
• Acting as a coach and mentor to enable self-organising, high-performing teams
• Driving continuous improvement and agile transformation initiatives across the organisation
• Supporting collaboration across teams and stakeholders

👤 What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Agile Delivery Lead (3+ years)
• Solid background working within software development environments (approx. 5+ years)
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, scaling approaches like SAFe/LeSS/Nexus)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• A structured, results-driven mindset with a collaborative approach
• Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience

💡 Nice to Have

• Hands-on software development experience
• Exposure to organisational change or transformation programmes
• Experience mentoring teams or contributing to people development
