About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (front-end leaning) who enjoys building high-quality user experiences while still being comfortable working across the full stack when needed.This role is heavily weighted toward front-end development (roughly 80%), so they want someone who:

• Has strong experience with modern UI frameworks (React or similar)
• Is confident working with .NET (C#) and cloud platforms like Azure
• Understands DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable system design
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
• Actively uses AI tools (e.g. for coding, debugging, automation) and can validate outputs effectively
• Brings a commercial mindset, understanding how technology decisions impact the business

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deliver end-to-end digital features, covering UI, backend services, and integrations
• Develop responsive, user-focused interfaces using modern front-end technologies
• Work with backend systems in .NET and Azure, focusing more on configuration, integration, and reliability than deep backend development
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows to support efficient releases
• Design and integrate APIs, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and third-party services
• Implement automation solutions using tools like low-code platforms to streamline internal processes
• Extend web applications into mobile-ready experiences using hybrid frameworks
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities
• Use Generative AI tools to accelerate development, while ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise systems to maintain performance and reliability

Background

• 5+ years’ experience delivering full stack or front-end heavy applications
• Strong knowledge of React (or similar), .NET (C#), and Azure environments
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native delivery models
• Experience with low-code / workflow automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, n8n, Logic Apps)
• Familiarity with mobile enablement of web apps (e.g. Capacitor or similar)
• Understanding of API integrations, authentication, and scalable architecture patterns
• Comfortable working in Agile, roadmap-driven delivery environments
• Interest in AI-assisted development and modern engineering tooling
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across product, commercial, and engineering teams
• Background in product-led or commercially focused tech environments is beneficial
