We are looking for a hands-on, proactive DevOps Engineer who takes ownership of their deliverables, thrives in an agile development environment, and excels at working with complex, large-scale systems.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain services in production and staging environments, following defined architecture and R&D team requirements.
- Enhance and automate CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI to support continuous delivery workflows.
- Monitor application performance, implement improvements for stability, and ensure reliability in large-scale systems.
- Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet to automate infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with global teams to streamline development processes and improve deployment efficiency.
- Conduct system analysis and implement best practices for configuration management, version control, and disaster recovery.
- Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) within an Agile Scrum environment.
- Implement and monitor alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix.
- Contribute to application and infrastructure troubleshooting, ensuring swift identification and resolution of issues.
You will be a perfect match if you have:
- 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in production environments.
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python for automation tasks.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Knowledge of source control systems like Git or GitLab.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch.
- Basic programming experience in languages such as Go, Java, or Kotlin.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
- Solid grasp of SRE, DevOps principles, and best practices (e.g., incident management, reliability improvements).
Bonus skills:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP).
- Experience managing databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka, or Elasticsearch.
- Experience managing Docker Swarm & K8.
- Understanding of ITIL methodologies for SCM/BCM/DR.
