Right now, they are investing heavily in digital products, and they need a Product Manager to own a key part of that journey.

This is not a role where you will be handed a polished roadmap and asked to execute someone else's vision. There is plenty still to be shaped, validated and prioritised. You will be the person who figures out what comes next, gets it built, gets it delivered, and keeps improving it. End-to-end. Hands-on. Accountable.

What makes this genuinely different from most product roles is the stakeholder landscape. You will be working closely with a wide range of internal and external partners who have a real stake in what you build. Stakeholder management here is not a line on the job spec; it is central to how you will spend your time.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Three or more years in a product role with a real delivery track record
• A strong Senior Product Owner ready to step up will be considered just as seriously as an established Product Manager
• Experience in physical retail environments or anywhere product meets the physical world will set you apart
• A driver's licence and your own transport are required as the role involves travel across Ireland

Cork-based, with Dublin considered. Hybrid in practice, with roughly one day per week in the office and a monthly team day
