Position Purpose: Facilitating and monitoring the entire IC/SOW process life cycle and establishing and managing relationships between the IC's/SP's and the Engagement Managers to ensure that all processes are executed in a timely manner.

  • As a critical member of the overall Client Program Management Office (PMO), facilitate the end-to-end IC/SOW process life-cycle by: engaging, educating, monitoring and ensuring the execution of the IC/SOW processes for service providers and engagement managers by:
  • Establishing and building a professional rapport, following up consistently and maintaining on-going contact and communication with both the Engagement Manager and the IC Candidate throughout the IC evaluation process – from initial request to successful on-boarding.
  • Manage all escalations through to resolution engaging the client, MBO PMO Manager and the MBO Account Director as needed.
  • Provide IC/SOW program education. Conduct just in time training to Suppliers and Hiring Managers when resolving issues.
  • Proactively review and monitor status and progress on IC reqs and enrolments
  • Assist clients with the on-boarding process for all qualified ICs including overview and the facilitation of any escalations, waivers, etc.
  • Manage the process for the IC Candidates that don’t qualify as ICs, passing them back to clients’ payroll provider
  • SOW creation and management
  • Monitor approvals by manager and service provider, create amendments for changes, track PO spend and monitor project end date.
  • Ensure timely submission of time, expense and milestone payments, audit for accurate invoicing information and research and resolve supplier payment issues.
  • Act as a cooperative and contributing team member of the IC/SOW program to ensure that a high level of service is always offered to customers, suppliers, and program stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify service delivery issues and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Maintain project and case records in the designated technology platforms.
  • Proactively manage open cases and cycle time for the end to end process
  • Drive process refinement and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum Education Required:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience. Procurement, Technical or Business-related field
  • High School diploma required


Minimum Years’ Experience required:

  • 3+ years’ experience – staffing industry experience preferred


Skills Required:

  • Proficient in developing professional relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Proficient negotiation skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks that require attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and/or contribute to a team environment
  • Demonstrate initiative and self motivation
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Staffing and/or Vendor Management experience


Desired Competencies:

  • Experience working with VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, VNDLY)
  • Existing exposure to contingent workforce programmes
  • Czech language knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Human Resources, Customer Service, Sales Delivery experience desired but not required
