About the Role

Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team. Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols. Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation
• Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages
• Ensure uptodate documentations
• Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule
• Expert in finding root causes for incidents bugs and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents
