What you'll be doing

Role

As our iOS Developer - Consumer Growth, you'll be the person who plays a key role in shaping the future of digital payments by building how new users discover and engage with Satispay. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Create impactful mobile experiences: Develop and implement innovative native iOS applications to enhance user engagement, with a focus on fluid onboarding flows and activation features.
• Collaborate within a team: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to integrate and refine features, ensuring cohesive mobile solutions.
• Focus on users: Leverage technical skills to address user pain points and enhance the overall mobile experience. Collaborate with data analysts on A/B tests to drive growth.
• Drive continuous improvement: Play a key role in the iterative development process, creating new user-centric features like referral programs to keep our offerings cutting-edge.
• Ensure excellence: Maintain high standards for coding, performance, and security, contributing to the reliability of our iOS applications and robust authentication.
  
  

Who we're looking for

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

• Relevant educational background: You have a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• iOS development experience: You have at least 2 years of experience building native iOS applications. You have a strong grasp of Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, MVVM, and Reactive Programming.
• Eagerness to grow: You are looking for an environment where you can take on meaningful responsibility while absorbing knowledge from senior engineers.
• Structured communication: You are able to communicate in a structured and convincing manner to build trust with various stakeholders.
• Passion and adaptability: You are passionate about FinTech or startup environments and ready to adapt as we grow.
• Language proficiency: You are fluent in English, enabling effective communication in a diverse environment.
