Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Product Manager to join KIKO MILANO’s Product Team.

Such talent is responsible for the full product development lifecycle and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, profitability targets, and execution timelines.


In particular, your main areas of responsibility will be:


  • Lead the end-to-end process of product launches, from the initial ideation phase to execution — including the definition of the product concept, development of mood boards to guide visual and storytelling direction, coordination with R&D and packaging teams, and alignment with brand positioning and market trends.
  • Analysis of trends, competition and identification of new consumer insights
  • Monitoring and analysis of sales performance post-launch, with follow-up activities to identify trends, areas for improvement, and corrective actions in collaboration with marketing, trade, and retail teams
  • Partner with the Brand Communication team to align on product positioning and narrative, ensuring consistency with the brand identity
  • Work in synergy with the other company functions involved in brand development: Marketing, Brand Communication, PR, Training, Digital, Supply and Finance


What you will need to succeed

  • Degree or Master in Economics, Marketing or Business Management
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role for a multinational company
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
  • Fluent in English
