Business Analyst

You will:

Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering processes with clients and stakeholders
Document and prioritize requests, evaluating their feasibility and business value
Assist in specifying requirements and creating solution proposals that align with IT standards
Work closely with product managers, developers, project teams, and clients to ensure seamless integration of requirements into Agile workflows
Coordinate between second and third-level support for effective problem management
Oversee testing processes to verify results and ensure quality
Drive improvements in business analysis practices and propose process enhancements
Support data modernization initiatives and promote data awareness across the organization
Identify, investigate, and resolve potential issues to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

You need to have:

5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a digital or software-driven environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid experience in Agile product development and requirement engineering
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and build strong relationships with stakeholders
Adaptability to changing project requirements and effective priority management
Familiarity with Cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform) is plus
Technical understanding of Webservices and XML is plus
Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is a plus
Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
