Agile Master (f/m/div)

We are seeking an Agile Master to join our Research and Development team in Bucharest!

As an Agile Master, you will be embedded in a global Agile Centre of Excellence and, with your colleagues at the Bucharest site, will help drive agile activities for the local site and first mostly globally. You’ll support other teams with the help of agile mindset

& methods to react adaptably to rapidly changing conditions in a Reserch and Development environment.

In your new role, you will:

• Enable R&D teams to use the power of agility in product development through application of agile methods and tools
• Lead with agile values, methodologies and techniques to make teams more effective and perform better
• Promote a self-organised and independent way of working within the teams by motivating, coaching, listening, giving impulses or acting as a shadow for other coaches
• Help design trainings, workshops and other formats to impart agile know-how
• Develop and visualise key metrics to determine team efficiency and derive measures for continuous optimisation
• Improve communication and working methods between the teams
  
  

You demonstrate strong communication skills and know-how to establish lasting relationships and networks, contributing to a good team atmosphere, cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university degree
• Some experience as a Scrum/Agile Master (preferably with a product design or hardware background)
• Knowledge of agile frameworks and methods as well as design knowledge for team diagnosis and development
• A solution-oriented and forward-looking way of working paired with an empathetic approach to different convincing appearances
• Teamwork spirit and willingness to travel locally and abroad
• Fluent English skills (German is a plus)
