About the role:

We are looking for a Workplace Solutions Analyst to support and continuously improve our end-user computing landscape. This role is focused on workplace operations, user experience across both Microsoft enterprise platforms and open-source environments.

This is primarily a Workplace-focused role. You will spend most of your time supporting users in a Windows, Linux and macOS environment, while also contributing analytically and operationally to improvements, standardization, and security across our workplace systems and platforms.

What you will do:

• Provide workplace support for Windows, Linux and macOS users
• Support and consult users on access to company systems across platforms (account setup, permissions, troubleshooting, and access reviews)
• Analyse incidents, requests, and user experience trends to identify improvement areas
• Operate and support Microsoft Workplace platforms (Intune, Entra ID, Defender, SharePoint Online)
• Provide user support and consultative guidance across company Microsoft 365 systems and open-source environments (setup, troubleshooting, and best practices)
• Maintain device compliance, security baselines, and access governance
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business teams on workplace improvements
• Create and maintain workplace documentation and standards
  
  

What we expect from you:

• Experience in an IT Workplace, End-User Computing, or similar technology support analyst role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and SharePoint
• Experience supporting different operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
• Bright, open, and eager to learn — with a strong customer-first mindset and commitment to great support
  
  

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Scripting or automation experience
• Experience in fintech or other regulated environments
