Role Overview

Role Overview
As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives. You will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment processes, and performance appraisal systems to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Address employee demands and grievances to bridge management and employee relations.
- Oversee recruitment and selection to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal HR standards and regulations.
- Monitor and refine HR strategies, systems, and procedures throughout the organisation.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive in a financial or fintech setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR metrics and ability to manage HR systems.
- In-depth understanding of labour law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR software, such as HRIS or ATS.
- Excellent English and Russian language skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
