Role Description

As a Product Manager at YamSoft, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven products, from conceptualization to delivery and iteration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define product roadmaps, and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business goals. Key responsibilities include market research, stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment between technical and business objectives. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kaunas, with opportunities for partial remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap and strategy for AI-powered payment solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science and business stakeholders, to drive product development.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into actionable user stories and product features.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes in AI in banking, payments, and Fintech innovation.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure an intuitive and seamless user experience.
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and continuously optimize performance.
• Communicate product progress, challenges, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis, preferably in the Fintech, AI in payments, or AI in banking sectors.
• Strong understanding of AI technology, machine learning, and payment gateway solutions.
• Experience in launching and managing AI-driven financial products.
• Solid knowledge of payment systems, fraud detection, risk management, and compliance in online transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with AI-powered fraud detection and risk management systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to Fintech, payments, and AI in banking.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
