We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our growing international team. This role is ideal for a proactive and people-oriented specialist who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and managing a broad range of HR responsibilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding;
- Coordinate recruitment processes and contribute to talent acquisition initiatives;
- Support colleagues’ professional growth and career development;
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems;
- Act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related questions and guidance;
- Represent Nordcurrent at career fairs and similar events;
- Participate in HR projects and help improve internal HR processes and employee experience.
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role;
- Hands-on recruitment experience and confidence managing hiring processes independently;
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset;
- Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian and English;
- Good understanding of Lithuanian labor law.
Extra Great to Have:
- Experience working in an international team;
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment practices in other countries;
- Knowledge of Polish, Ukrainian or Russian languages;
- Experience in the IT or gaming industry;
- Genuine interest in games and the gaming industry.

Salary: From 3400 EUR/month (gross), based on experience and competence.
