Job Description

Join our Data Integration Squad as a Senior Business Analyst with Scrum Master expertise and play a key role in driving end-user satisfaction, upholding data integrity, and delivering successful data migration initiatives.

Your core responsibility will be leading a migration team, delivering results while adhering to the bank’s high standards and Agile best practices. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, including those from historically underrepresented groups. Join Danske Bank, the largest bank in Denmark, and become a key member of the Data Platform Tribe. Your contributions will be essential to delivering high-quality, validated data solutions that bring value to end users across the bank. The workplace is Vilnius, Lithuania. • Translate end-user requirements into actionable tasks for developers, maintaining clear communication between stakeholders and the squad
  • Ensure team alignment and collaboration across developers, end users, and stakeholders to fulfill project goals
  • Document findings, feedback, and validation outcomes to support continuous improvement and maintain a comprehensive record of deliverables

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in driving Scrum practices, facilitating Agile processes, and ensuring successful delivery of prioritised tasks
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on end-user outcomes, including requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring deliverables create tangible value for the end user
  • Hands-on expertise with tools such as SQL, Databricks, or similar platforms for data testing and validation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, remove impediments, and maintain productivity within a delivery-oriented environment
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data management, governance, and validation to ensure quality and integrity in deliverables
  • Collaborative and able to shift focus based on project needs, with a history of bringing diverse stakeholders into alignment and effective collaboration
  • Proficiency in English, with upper-intermediate or higher language skills for clear documentation and stakeholder communication
  • Experience in a regulated industry, such as banking or finance would be highly beneficial

"Be yourself. We like it that way. We know through experience that different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds create a stronger and more creative work environment that delivers better results."
