Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Analyst to join our client's team in Luxembourg City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software analysis, customer support, and data management. You will be responsible for analyzing customer issues, providing solutions, and ensuring data integrity. Additionally, you will produce financial reports, write specifications, and assist in training new team members.



Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze customer problems, provide solutions, and transmit issues to developers.

- Control, analyze, and solve data issues to ensure data integrity.

- Open and manage tickets for technical issues and new features, coordinating with the development team.

- Test solutions and features to ensure they meet client requirements.

- Produce various financial reports based on client requests and needs.

- Work with SQL, Oracle, and database queries to manage and analyze data.

- Write and review specifications for different cases and user documentation.

- Train and monitor new team members, reporting their progress to supervisors.



Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics or a related field.

-Experience:

- 3+ years of experience as a Software Analyst or in a similar role.

- Experience in customer service and technical support.

- Proven ability to manage and analyze data using SQL and Oracle.

- Familiarity with financial report generation and documentation.



Languages:

- English (Full professional proficiency)

- Albanian (required, due to significant collaboration with a team based in Albania)

- Italian and French (preferred but not required)



Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- QA Testing.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Proficient in MySQL, Oracle, and database management.

- Data analytics skills.

- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts.



Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Customer service orientation.

- Effective team collaboration.

- Good time management skills.

- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
