Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer in development and support projects
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment
  • Capable of handling tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and preparation of functional and technical specification documents
  • Expertise in preparing cutover and deployment plans, driving post-implementation hypercare support, and managing transitions
  • Ability to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions
  • Experience in preparing user stories and leading Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives, and spike creation for upgrade projects
  • Strategic and innovative mindset with strong business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of modern technologies and emerging tools
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to and explain new technologies effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming, FastAPI, and Microservices architecture
  • Experience in writing and executing test cases
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as SAFe Agile, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Experience with containerization technologies including Docker, AKS, and Helm
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
