For a client in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Data Analyst (Marketing Analytics) on a payroll basis. In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of marketing performance, helping connect data to real business outcomes. You’ll work with both global and local stakeholders, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that shape future marketing investments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track marketing performance, channel contribution, and ROI;
- Work with large-scale datasets using BigQuery, dbt, and SQL to create reliable analytical pipelines;
- Conduct both recurring and ad hoc analyses to support business decision-making;
- Apply statistical techniques (e.g. regression, hypothesis testing) to uncover deeper insights;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across data, marketing, and product;
- ranslate complex findings into clear visualisations and stakeholder-ready insights;
- Explore and apply AI tooling to improve efficiency in analytics workflows.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX, dashboard design);
- Solid experience with SQL, dbt, and BigQuery;
- Experience working with marketing data platforms;
- Knowledge of Python for analytics and modelling is beneficial;
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
