Java Software Engineer

Salt is currently hiring a Java Backend Developer for a client of ours in Netherlands.

This role can be remote but working CET hours.

Role is contract(b2b)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java
• Work with messaging systems like Apache Kafka and AWS SQS
• Build and manage APIs using GraphQL
• Design and improve scalable and reliable systems
• Work with AWS cloud services
• Collaborate with team members to deliver features
• Troubleshoot and fix production issues

Requirements

• Strong experience in Java backend development
• Experience with Apache Kafka (streaming)
• Experience with AWS SQS or similar messaging systems
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Good understanding of system design and APIs
• Familiarity with AWS
