The Role
We are looking for an HR Generalist/Coordinator who will own and drive the full HR agenda within The Fun Group. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in an operational environment but also brings fresh ideas to improve how people experience work.
You will be the go-to person for everything HR: from daily operations to strategic initiatives, from supporting employees to advising leadership.
This role requires someone who is independent, proactive, flexible, and full of energy.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Own and manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, offboarding) for 125 employees (both office and field staff)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations across the company
- Maintain and improve HR processes, policies, and documentation
- Partner with Finance, who manages payroll, to ensure accurate employee data and coordination
Employee Experience & Culture
- Continuously improve the employee experience across all touchpoints
- Bring creative ideas to enhance engagement, wellbeing, and company culture
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees
Advising & Business Partnering
- Support and advise management on HR-related topics (performance, team dynamics, growth)
- Help managers navigate people challenges in a practical and solution-oriented way
- Contribute to building strong, healthy, and high-performing teams
Change & Growth
- Thrive in a fast-changing environment and help structure ongoing changes
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement them proactively
- Balance operational priorities with long-term improvements
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a dynamic or operational environment
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the HR function
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- A hands-on mentality combined with a strategic mindset
- Confidence to advise and challenge management when needed
- High energy, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
