Graphic Designer

Assignment Description:

We are looking for an experienced Visual Graphics design consultant with the capability of

development and maintenance of the existing company Smart Dash in-vehicle digital design system. You will be part of our internal Current platform Interaction design team consisting of UX design and GUI designers, as well as close collaboration with the software systemization team, including external work packages.

Team player skills, technical knowledge and a holistic UX understanding and

previous experience of digital design systems is crucial. The tool is a fundamental building block and efficient support for our multidisciplinary design teams, designing world class, sustainable and premium product experiences for the future, aligned with and evolving the company HMI Strategies that will make a difference for both people and planet.

The position is based in Södertälje, Sweden, with possibilities of distance work around 50%. The work mainly consists of

- Design system improvements (Guidelines, Process, Workflows)

- Development and deliveries in Figma and Git

We believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experience:

1. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design/Media Arts/Industrial Design (or equivalent).
2. Professional work experience with complex design projects and digital interfaces.
3. Experience of building and maintaining design systems and libraries.
4. Understanding and knowledge of design as a tool for building and transforming brands, as

well as supporting business strategies.

1. Exceptional visual communication skills. Mastering software as the Adobe suite and Figma.
2. Experience from the automotive industry is considered beneficiary.
3. Knowledge within motion graphics, 3D software and game engines is beneficial.
