Our client is looking for an experienced Security Specialist, within the ICT workplace service. The team provides advice in the field of Security to the various projects and deals with arising issues during regular management. It is also a central point for the Security department for various (complex) questions and is therefore almost the department's counter. As a team member, it is important that you have a broad knowledge of the field and that you can also talk at a high level with colleagues from the other teams. It is also important that you can make the link between Security and software development. Knowledge of or experience as a software developer can help with this.

Job requirements:

Hard requirements:

· Programming - HBO working and thinking level

· Broad experience within the field of Security (technical/operational) - 2 yrs

· Extensive experience as an "all round" Security Specialist - 3 yrs

Nice to have:

· Extensive work experience as a Security Specialist

· Knowledge of or experience with software development

· Broad knowledge of networks and operating systems

· Experience/knowledge in the field of Linux and Container platforms (kubernetes)

· Achieved one or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CEH, CCNA, GSEC, GCIH, GCIA

· Knowledge of and experience with Agile/Scrum methodology

· Knowledge and experience with continuous delivery/DevOps
