Project Procurement Manager

For a technically driven organization in the offshore EPC space, we’re looking for a Project Procurement Manager who thrives in dynamic, project-based environments. You’ll play a key role in delivering large-scale offshore projects - without being stuck behind a desk all day.

This is a contract position (minimum 1 year, with strong possibility of extension) based in Papendrecht.

What Will You Do?

As Project Procurement Manager, you’ll own the full procurement scope across EPC projects:

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities across multiple project phases
• Align procurement strategy with project scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage and coach a team of buyers, expeditors, and support staff
• Coordinate supplier selection, negotiations, and contract alignment
• Monitor procurement schedules, expediting, and delivery performance
• Act as the key procurement contact within the project team
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Controllers
• Identify risks and resolve delays proactively
• Contribute to framework agreements, reporting, and process improvements

What Do You Bring?

• Experience in project procurement within EPC environments (offshore is a strong plus)
• Proven ability to manage full procurement scopes across complex projects
• Experience leading or coordinating procurement teams
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Solid understanding of procurement planning and project schedules
• Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement processes is a plus
