Networking Engineer

• Ensure reliability, availability and security of the public cloud network infrastructure
• Operate and improve large-scale network environments across multiple cloud regions
• Design, implement and troubleshoot AWS networking solutions
• Automate network provisioning, configuration and monitoring using Python and Terraform
• Monitor and optimise network performance and proactively prevent incidents
• Manage and resolve incidents in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
• Work with firewall solutions in public cloud environments (preferably Palo Alto)
• Engage with vendors and partners for escalations and support when required
  
  

• Strong networking fundamentals: BGP, routing & switching, TCP/IP
• Hands-on experience with AWS networking (VPCs, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN, Route Tables, NAT, IGW, GWLB, etc.)
• Proven experience with network security and firewalls in AWS (Palo Alto preferred)
• 3+ years of network automation using Python and Terraform
• Experience in multi-vendor network environments
• Knowledge of Internet architecture and security (RPKI, IRR, global peering)
• Strong incident response and vendor management skills
