About The Role

We are hiring a Frontend Tech Lead (Angular) to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Angular applications. The role focuses on setting technical direction, improving code quality, and ensuring reliable, maintainable frontend architecture

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the Angular frontend architecture and best practices
• Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI components
• Lead technical decisions, code reviews, and architecture reviews
• Optimize performance, security, and application scalability
• Collaborate with product, backend, and design teams
• Maintain coding standards, testing strategy, and CI/CD practices
• Mentor frontend developers and support technical growth
  
  

Job Requirements

• 8+ years in frontend development
• 4+ years of hands-on Angular expertise (Angular 16+ preferred)
• Kept up to date with the latest Angular releases (Angular 20+)
• Expert in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, RxJS
• Strong knowledge of Angular architecture, state management, and lazy loading
• Experience with performance optimization and build tools
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend integration
• Experience with unit testing, E2E testing, and Git workflows
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise Angular apps
• Strong knowledge of Angular Architecture best practices.
• Strong experience with PrimeNG & Angular Material
  
  

Nice to have

• A degree in computer science
• A GitHub portfolio showcasing personal or open-source projects
• Experience in financial services
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD)
