What we are looking for

• +3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT environments;
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application;
• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives);
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, managers, cloud specialists);
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps;
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to promote team autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement;
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders on backlog management and prioritization;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset;
• Experience in multicultural environments;
• Fluency in English (minimum B2).
• Technical background in software development lifecycle, coding, or cloud environments (Nice to have)

• Support risk and issue management to ensure smooth delivery cycles and high-quality releases.
