This role is all about enabling teams to deliver value efficiently, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.

Right now, we are looking for a Scrum Master to join an exciting project in Lisbon.

🎯 Your role

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Support teams in adopting and improving Agile practices
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth team execution
• Act as a bridge between teams, stakeholders and product owners
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
• Track team performance and delivery metrics

🧠 What we are looking for

Technical profile:

• Experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile principles
• Experience with tools such as Jira or similar
• Ability to manage stakeholders and team dynamics

Soft skills:

• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach

• Availability: Immediate or up to 30 days
• Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
