Responsibilities
- Define and own the program roadmap, scope boundaries, milestones, and success criteria for all stages of the AEMaaCS migration.
- Act as the single accountable owner for delivery outcomes, ensuring time, quality, and value realization.
- Govern collaboration between Managed Service Providers, Web Platform teams, and various Business Areas.
- Ensure platform foundations are future-proof, aligning with AEMaaCS best practices, Edge Delivery Services (EDS), DevOps, and cloud security.
- Oversee budget, resourcing, risks, and dependencies across the program.
- Drive standardization for large-scale migration and ensure the transition to a decoupled (headless) architecture.
- Lead steering committee communications and provide high-level reporting on program health.
- Define and adopt delivery governance models and ensure DevOps/release processes are operational.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multi-vendor and multi-site programs.
- Strong understanding of AEMaaCS (Cloud-first delivery), custom/3rd party APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale platform migrations and operating model changes.
- Expertise in Agile Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
- Experience driving Organizational Change Management (OCM) to ensure business adoption.
- Excellent stakeholder management and decisive leadership skills.
- Ability to drive cost optimization and faster time-to-market through industrialized processes.
