Responsibilities

• Define and own the program roadmap, scope boundaries, milestones, and success criteria for all stages of the AEMaaCS migration.
• Act as the single accountable owner for delivery outcomes, ensuring time, quality, and value realization.
• Govern collaboration between Managed Service Providers, Web Platform teams, and various Business Areas.
• Ensure platform foundations are future-proof, aligning with AEMaaCS best practices, Edge Delivery Services (EDS), DevOps, and cloud security.
• Oversee budget, resourcing, risks, and dependencies across the program.
• Drive standardization for large-scale migration and ensure the transition to a decoupled (headless) architecture.
• Lead steering committee communications and provide high-level reporting on program health.
• Define and adopt delivery governance models and ensure DevOps/release processes are operational.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi-vendor and multi-site programs.
• Strong understanding of AEMaaCS (Cloud-first delivery), custom/3rd party APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale platform migrations and operating model changes.
• Expertise in Agile Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience driving Organizational Change Management (OCM) to ensure business adoption.
• Excellent stakeholder management and decisive leadership skills.
• Ability to drive cost optimization and faster time-to-market through industrialized processes.
