Job Summary

CUSTOMER is looking for a Junior Project Manager. They are seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Senior Program Management team as a Project Management Assistant.

In this role, you will support the team with various responsibilities, including:

• Budget tracking
• Creating documentation and communication materials
• Taking meeting minutes, and driving task forces when necessary
  
  

This position is ideal for someone with high integrity, strong drive, and aspirations to develop into a Project or Program Manager in the future. You will play a critical role in assisting senior program managers, attending all key meetings, and gaining valuable training and insights into program and project management.

Skills/Experience Needed

Requirements:

• Strong personal drive and maturity and integrity
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Swedish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• A foundational understanding of IT
  
  

Meritorious qualifications:

• Familiarity with the financial industry is an advantage
  
  

Background Check

Customer is a financial institute where confidence is of great importance. A high ethical standard is an integrated part and for that reason customer has specific consultant requirements regarding security.

All staff provided by an external company to the customer shall be in line with the following screening before they can start:

• Confirm identification - Verify the consultant´s identity by a valid ID
• Confirm education - Verify the highest level of education on the consultant´s CV
• Confirm previous employments - At least two references from previous employers must be contacted personally
• Check of financial background - Verify the consultant´s financial background by a credit register check, UC
• Business engagement - Check for possible consultant´s business engagements and eventual previous liquidations
• Check of criminal record - The consultant must order, and present his /her criminal record
  
  

Benefits

Weekly Hours: 40 Hours.

Work Mode: Hybrid (3days at customer’s office and 2days work from home)
