React Lead

Join Deutsche Bank (DB Global Technology Bucharest) and work in a Treasury Technology team on securitization platforms (asset-backed products, regulatory data, high data volumes).

Hands-on role, cu ownership pe frontend architecture si delivery pentru o aplicatie enterprise (React 18, TypeScript, Module Federation).

What you’ll do

• Own frontend architecture (micro-frontends, Module Federation)
• Drive state management & data flow (Redux Toolkit, React Query)
• Ensure performance, scalability, maintainability
• Own delivery end-to-end (build, test, release, production)
• Define quality standards (Jest, RTL, Playwright, ESLint)
• Improve build & tooling (Vite, CI/CD, DX)
• Manage releases (versioning, changelogs, production readiness)
• Mentor engineers and align with backend / QA / platform

What you bring

• Experience with large React applications (enterprise level)
• Strong React 18 + TypeScript
• Micro-frontends / Module Federation
• Testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
• Modern tooling (Vite, CI/CD)
• Experience with release processes & frontend quality gates
• Good understanding of frontend security
