DevOps Lead

We’re looking for a DevOps / Cloud Engineer to help build and operate cloud infrastructure supporting data & AI platforms within Corporate Banking.

You’ll work in a global environment on business-critical systems, focusing on automation, scalability, and reliable delivery.

Tech stack:

• GCP (GKE, CloudSQL, Cloud Monitoring), Kubernetes, OpenShift, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Helm
• Linux, Shell scripting, SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL), networking basics (TLS/SSL, HTTP, DNS)

What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP
• Automate build, deployment, and release processes (CI/CD)
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve delivery workflows
• Enhance monitoring and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
• Identify performance and reliability improvements
• Contribute to solution design (microservices, API management)

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / container orchestration
• Understanding of deployment strategies (Blue-Green, Canary, A/B)
• Solid understanding of modern architectures (microservices)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• Agile mindset and strong collaboration skills
