Senior DevOps Engineer

In this role, you will take full ownership of the infrastructure lifecycle, driving the design, scalability, and reliability of a modern cloud-based platform. You’ll work in a dynamic, fully remote and international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance developer experience and streamline operations. From automating deployments to improving observability and system performance, your contributions will directly impact product quality and customer satisfaction. Accountabilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code and container orchestration tools
• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient, secure, and reliable application delivery
• Drive GitOps practices to automate deployments and improve system consistency
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to enhance developer experience and reduce operational overhead
• Lead incident management processes, including troubleshooting, post-mortems, and reliability improvements
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to continuously improve platform performance and efficiency
• Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across teams
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or similar roles within cloud-native environments
• Strong expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, and Linux-based systems
• Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (Flux is a plus)
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Python or Go
• Deep understanding of at least one major cloud provider (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable)
• Strong system design and architecture skills with the ability to see the bigger picture
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in distributed teams
• Experience leveraging modern AI-powered development tools to improve productivity is a plus
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
