💼 AI Engineer / Python Developer | FastAPI, RAG, LLMs | Remote from Romania

At CrewHarbor, we connect companies with strong IT teams in Romania. For one of our German clients, we are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Python Developer to support modern AI and backend development projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop AI-based applications and backend services using Python

• Build and integrate APIs using FastAPI

• Work on RAG-based solutions and AI-driven automation

• Use modern AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph or LlamaIndex

• Contribute to system design and scalable architectures

• Collaborate with teams and support integration across systems

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in Python development

• Experience with FastAPI and API development

• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)

• Experience with RAG systems and AI-based automation

• Solid understanding of system design, APIs and databases (SQL)

• Familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus

• Experience with Azure is nice to have

• Degree in a relevant field or comparable experience

• Fluent English, German is nice to have
