Business Analytics Expert

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and driving business decisions? We’re looking for a Business Analytics Expert to lead the generation of commercial, market, and performance insights, supporting an insight-driven culture within our Human Pharma business.

🔎 What you’ll do:

• Lead analytics and insights initiatives, acting as a strategic partner to the business

• Translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive commercial success

• Identify the right data sources and methodologies to answer key business questions

• Build and deliver impactful reports using market research, sales data, and internal sources

• Establish and improve reporting processes, tools, and performance metrics

• Collaborate cross-functionally and across regions to strengthen data governance

• Manage sales performance data, reporting, and bonus calculations for the field force

👤 What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (market research is a plus)

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Ability to turn data into actionable business insights

• Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and business processes

• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g. Power BI; Tableau/SQL are a plus)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English

• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Data Analytics
