Position: Network and VoIP Engineer

Location : Spain (Full Remote)

Duration: Permanent/ Full Time

Service Description

This service is designed to ensure the proper operation, availability, and evolution of Network and VoIP infrastructures. The scope includes comprehensive support management—covering incidents, service requests, changes, and support activities—while ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The role also focuses on continuous improvement of the environment through the identification and implementation of optimization initiatives in close coordination with the client. Responsibilities include managing patches and vulnerabilities across hardware and appliances and providing on-call support for critical incidents to ensure uninterrupted service.

Key Functions & Responsibilities

• Administration of network and VoIP infrastructures
• Management and resolution of tickets, incidents, requests, and changes
• Ensuring service availability, performance, and stability
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
• Identification and implementation of optimization actions in coordination with the client
• Management and application of security patches and vulnerability remediation on hardware and appliances
• Provision of on-call support for critical incidents

Required Qualifications & Experience

• CCNP certification or a experience in voice and data networks (LAN and WAN).

• LAN network administration
• Cisco Switching (all product lines, including Nexus)
• WAN network administration
• Cisco Routing
• Firewall administration
• Knowledge of security and experience maintaining Fortigate firewalls
• Cisco Wi-Fi network administration
• Cisco VoIP network administration

Cisco Products

• Cisco ISE
• Cisco Call Manager, Call Manager Unity, and CER
• Cisco WLC and Access Points

VoIP Experience

• Extension configuration
• Attendant Console
• System backup management
• Voicemail administration

Language Requirements

• Advanced English level (B2 or higher) – spoken and written
• Continuous communication via telephone and email with English-speaking teams
