Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Software Engineer to join our cloud and connected solutions team.

The Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer at the early stage of their backend career to join a highly skilled agile team developing cloud-based solutions.

In this role, you will focus on designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining next‑generation cloud backend services. You will work with modern technologies, microservices architecture, and scalable platforms, while collaborating with experienced engineers in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain cloud backend services
• Build and work with microservices-based architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams
• Ensure high-quality delivery with a focus on performance and reliability
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Work with modern development and collaboration tools

Experience / Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Less than 5 years of experience in backend or cloud software development
• Strong programming skills in Java
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices
• Experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Cassandra)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Comfortable working with Git and Jira
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Valid EU driving license (role-dependent requirement)

Meritorious Skills

• Experience with gRPC or REST APIs
• Knowledge of Kafka and MQTT
• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, PagerDuty)
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman)
