We are looking for a Unity Technical Leader to join our Solitaire Grand Harvest team in our Warsaw office!

Responsibilities

• Strives for the game's technical stability and gives direction to development teams for the company and production technical standards.
• Support continuous growth of the developers (mentoring, f2f meetings with developers, participation in the developing of personal improvement plans)
• Helping development teams with all steps of the product lifecycle (high-level estimations, initial task decomposition, review/writing of the design documents, review of critical parts of the feature implementation)
• Escalation point in production incidents (troubleshooting, risk analysis, evaluating of the solution)
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years developing in Unity
• 4+ years of excellent c# 7.0+ /.net 4.6+
• 2+ years’ experience in managing people and leading a team
• 4+ years in mobile game development
• iOS and Android development experience
• Experience with asynchronous programming methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced English;

• Unity Game Expert certification
• Experience creating tools and workflows in Unity Editor
