In the Netherlands, Mobilize Financial Services is the principal banker for Renault, Dacia, Alpine, Nissan, and Mitsubishi for both business and private customers. We are currently hiring a Junior Product & Services Manager

Tasks:

• You will Conduct regular benchmarking of financing and leasing products across the automotive market.
• Analyze and compare services and insurance offerings to identify market trends and enhance product competitiveness.
• Coordinate and support communication initiatives targeted at dealers, ensuring clear product understanding and adoption.
• Contribute to communication and CRM activities aimed at end customers, helping to drive awareness and conversion for financing, service, and insurance products.
• Work collaboratively with both brand manager and services & insurances manager to ensure consistent product messaging across channels.
• Assist in the pricing process for financing, services, and insurance products.
• Contribute to the preparation of business cases and pricing proposals.
• Assisting in a way that full product lifecycle operates efficiently, from conception to delivery.
• Coordinate updates and improvements to both front end and back end tools, ensuring accurate product configuration, smooth dealer usage, and optimal customer experience.

• Must have moderate excel skills, this is non negotiable
• Has good communication skills
• Has a good command of the MS Office package
• Must be fluent in Dutch and good proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.

Desired education and (work) experience:

• Having an experience in product management, ideally within automotive, financial services, or mobility sectors is a nice to have
• Understanding of financing, leasing, services, and insurance products.
