Junior Designer

We’re at Emaldo looking for a Junior Designer to join our marketing team and help bring our brand to its full potential. We’re looking for someone with a hands-on approach to execution and a strong drive to get things done.

In this role, you’ll create content that brings our brand to life across multiple channels, contribute to products used by millions, and design visuals that drive awareness and engagement. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact while contributing to solutions that accelerate the transition to smarter, more sustainable energy.

You’ll work closely with, and report to, our Brand Design Manager.

What you’ll do

• Create and adapt visual assets for campaigns across channels
• Support motion design projects (animations, short videos, social content)
• Execute and localize designs for different markets and audiences
• Collaborate with marketing teams to bring ideas to life
• Handle a high volume of production work with strong attention to detail
• Produce final artwork and assets for ads, campaigns, and launches
• Support design and updates for our website, ensuring an engaging user experience
• Create illustrations, infographics, and motion graphics

What we’re looking for

• 1–2+ years of experience in design (portfolio required)
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Clear interest in motion design (After Effects or similar)
• Ability to work quickly and execute consistently across formats
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver production-ready files
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
• Experience with localization or multi-market content is a plus
